So my 5 year old Origin PC had a critical harddrive failure (not angry, 5 years and the only thing i've replaced is the fans) and I'm considering ordering another from the same manufacturer. I have with my current machine run into maxing out the cpu and close on the gpu running 2 boxes. This is one of their basic lower end builds, would it be adequate to run 5 bfa wow boxes at 2/3 of a 4k monitor (I don't play full screen), with 2 of them running decent graphics?

Power Supply: 500 Watt Origin PC Approved Power Supply
Motherboard: ASRock Z370M Pro4
System Cooling: ORIGIN FROSTBYTE 120 Sealed Liquid Cooling System for 1151 Socket
Processors: Intel Core i3 8100 4-Core 3.6GHz
Graphic Cards: Single 4GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
Memory: 8GB ORIGIN PC DDR4 Powered by Kingston 3200MHz (2 X 4GB)
Operating System: MS Windows 10 Home
Intel Optane Memory Drive (Operating System Drive): None
Operating System Drive #1 (Primary): 120GB ORIGIN PC Approved Solid State Drive

What needs to be better?

The specs listed aren't particularly powerful, but what are/were the specs of the prior machine?

I found the build link to yours, others can play around with it and help you:
https://www.originpc.com/configurator/d/d4.aspx?SYSTEMID=59

Personally I would look at iBuyPowerPC, they have a mothers day special, double the RAM for free. And the cost is about $300 less for same processor and double the RAM.
https://www.ibuypower.com/Store/Mothers-Day-Intel-Z370-i3

CPU: Intel® Core™ i3-8100 Processor (4x 3.60GHz/6MB L3 Cache)
RAM: Certified Major Brand Gaming Memory - **Free Upgrade to 16GB DDR4-3000 Memory**
Video: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti - 4GB GDDR5
Motherboard: MSI Z370-A PRO -- White LED, 2x PCIe x16, 4x USB 3.1 Gen1, 2x USB 2.0 [Intel Optane Ready]

The ibuypower is $979 and Origin is $1247 so quite the savings. But I am not up to date on computers so might not be as good a deal as I thought. I was going to ask here about it eventually.

Personally I'd imagine you would be limited quite quickly with the proposed specs.
I'd be looking for at least 16GB RAM (which is near a requirement for 5x WoW these days), Nvidia 1060 6GB (with a preference to even a 1070), and a 4+4 i7.

On the ibuypower configurator, for $1381 I got the following... https://www.ibuypower.com/Store/Intel-X299-Core-i7-Configurator

Case :: iBUYPOWER Tt View 21 2x Side Tempered Glass Gaming Case - BlackProcessor :: Intel® Core™ i5-7640X Processor (4x 4.00GHz/6MB L3 Cache) - Intel® Core™ i5-7640X Processor
Processor Cooling :: Asetek 550LC 120mm Liquid Cooling System
Memory :: 16 GB [8 GB x2] DDR4-2666 Memory Module - Certified Major Brand Gaming Memory Free Upgrade to DDR4-3000 Memory
Video Card :: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 - 6GB (VR-Ready)
Motherboard :: ASUS TUF X299 Mark 2 -- 3x PCIe x16, 2x USB 3.1 Gen2, 4x USB 3.1 Gen1, 4x USB 2.0, 2x M.2, RGB [Intel Optane Ready]
Power Supply :: 500 Watt - Standard 80 PLUS Bronze - Free Upgrade to 1000W Standard Power Supply
Primary Hard Drive :: 240 GB ADATA SU650 SSD -- Read: 520MB/s, Write: 450MB/s - Single DriveSound Card :: 3D Premium Surround Sound Onboard
Network Card :: Onboard LAN Network (Gb or 10/100)

So, while $140 extra, it is double the SSD space, double RAM, better gfx card, better CPU.
I'd be inclined to spring a bit more myself and get a better CPU again. The 7800x looks nice, but that may be another $127 too far, depending on your budget.

/e I'd probably also spend some on a more beefy cooler for the CPU. I've recently had a 120mm fail and spew water all over the guts of a machine because it couldn't cope with the heat.

Thanks for the input guys. Wow gaming PCs are cheaper than they were five years ago. Have people had good experiences with ibuypower? I had a terrible experience with cyberpowerpc (circa 2009) and then a fantastic one with origin pc.

I can't comment on the build quality of IBP, but we can spend your money if you'd like to stick with Origin. :)
