Rename Title Window of Lineage 2

Hello. I used HotKeyNet on games such as Rift or Aion and there I could use this software with no problems. I don't use bots so I just want to play with more than 1 character at a time.
The problem is I want to play Lineage 2 and HotKeyNet doesn't change the window titles.
I used several software, like autohotkey or simple software like window title changer and nothing works.
Any ideas?.

I would assume that GameGuard is stopping those programs from interacting with the game client.

Thank you for taking your time to answer. I have tried everything I could find to make HotKeyNet work. But so far I haven't found a solution to disable Gameguard without getting an error from the game client. :(

I believe the point of GameGuard is to prevent people manipulating or changing the game client, to avoid cheats/hacks/etc, and the only way to do that, is to make sure GameGuard is running whenever the game itself is. If you could disable GameGuard, while the game was running, then it would open up the game to all the things that GameGuard was supposed to be preventing.
