Any good gold-making strategies?

I know near the end of last expansion, there were a lot of good opportunities for farming gold, whether it was battle pets and toys accessible only by flying, selling savage blood, garrison missions, etc. I've been thinking of coming back for the few months leading up to the next expansion but was wondering if anyone knows and good opportunities in the gold farming area.

I can understand that, though some strategies might not involve the AH so competition wouldn't really be a factor.

This late in the expansion I've just switched to minimalize mode, do just enough to cover the tokens.

In minimalize mode I never buy anything off the AH, never use flasks, never spend gold on anything ever. Then just do the basic WQ for the chest, do your mission boards, and then just go enjoy yourself playing the game running dungeons or whatever. Doing this I always have enough for a token on each account.

Stuff from Shadowmourne quest goes for about a mil which is 5 tokens in US.
Since you can do blood infusion by yourself and run 5 raids simultaniously by multitasking - I don't see reason why not to do this quest line on every character that can wield it.

You can start flipping BoS, but you should flip huge amounts to make faster and bigger profit.

The one that drops from the boss is BoP, but the one you buy from the vendor for greeting cards is not.

But I didn't have any luck selling those things. I've still got a bank tab half full of the pets and mounts from last year.

Damn. I've already offloaded 250 of the stupid pink lovebird mounts @100k a piece. Rest I keep for about 6 months and sell at 150-250k. Are you on a low pop server or something? I really do feel this event is that lucrative; you can level a monk team or something to farm tokens on a high pop server where things move faster.

For those that use the order hall for making gold on dozens of alts, they increased the cost of the blood of sargeras missions to 1800 resources.

It doesn't seem possible anymore to do only order hall missions by turning in blood for resources. You'll have to go out and do a few world quests as well now.

On some realms is very profitable obliterating gems, buying some cheap primal sargerites to turn them into primal obliterums and then sell them on the AH.
