I ask since I am new. I currently duelbox and once I master that was going to try and 3box (correct term?). I have been working with my 70 enhancement shammy and feral druid and have found that easier for me personally than casting. I plan on doing all pve content. I have a 70 lock also but am torn since I seem to stink at working with the casters in multiboxing. I have a low lvl alt pally and was planning on lvling him to 70 and 3 man melee dps. My girlfriend is a pally healer and good friend is warrior tank. Currently I think I find it easy because I macro my melee skills all to the same keys using keyclone and am able to just hit the keys and all the attacks happen in the order I want on each char. (i.e. 2=FF,FS 3= mangle,ss 4=swipe,ES etc...). So for someone like myself to just add another char's worth of 3 hit rotation in there wouldn't be hard at all. Personally I liked the idea of druid increased crit chance, 4 totems+flurry, battleshout, might and kings. Is this just me being a noob? I ask because I see mostly everyone here and elsewhere are caster types when they multibox. Your thoughts?

casters are easier because you can hit your formation key and run in with your melee person and have the casters stand back and cast...you can use melee but you are going to the "the target must be in front of you" message alot, you will just have to move around until you are able to hit it with the alt but it's very doable, just kinda aggervating.

hope that helps :)

Short range fear and point blank AoE effects will make you cry as well. Imagine 3 melee on a siren in Steamvault that does a short range aoe fear. Now imagine getting all three characters back on the mob, especially if they are feared out of follow range.
