Quick question while I wait. What's the best strategy for setting up multiple accounts? Should I invite all my new accounts from my main account so my main account RaFs A, B, C & D or should I daisy-chain them so my main account RaFs A which RaFs B which RaFs C, etc.? Are there benefits to either method or does it not really matter?
Thanks in advance.
Thread broken off from another.

You've inspired me! I've just submitted a ticket to nuke my old boxing licences so I can replace them with new RaF accounts. I'm hoping the ticket will be processed in time for me to make use of the sale that ends later today.
I wonder whether you could buy several gift licenses now, with the sale, then add them to your account later?

That's what I ended up doing. Worst case scenario, I'll just add them to a fresh BNet. In some ways it would be refreshing to start fresh and earn all those achievements again.

The best method is to link them in a circle A -> B -> C -> .... -> A This allows every boost after the first to only have to cover the first half of the levels.
Group 1 levels to 90, gains 44 grants
Group 2 levels to 46+, is granted remaining levels, gains 44 grants
Group 3 levels to 46+, is granted remaining levels, gains 44 grants
....
Group n (of DK) leaves their starting area and is granted remaining levels.
Any non-circular linking leads to more leveling needed as everyone has to go to 90. Also not every account has the same number of characters. linear is 1 -> 1.5 -> 1.75 -> 1.875 -> 0.9375. There are other linking methods that are slightly more balanced, like the U and Y methods (totally made up names). Links point the way levels are granted. The green box is +1 over the listed number if you level teams of 5, the picture lists the amount earned if a booster is used on the white accounts.
The U method produces 6.5 characters per boost and the Y method 7 characters per boost across the accounts. Linear is 7.0625 and only has more characters total than the Y method if 16 levelings are done (all of these are +1 per time if groups of 5)

The downside to linking in a circle is that if you have older/existing accounts on your battlenet that you want populated with more characters, they can't be involved. However, you can use character boosts from your RAF accounts Legion on that account, blue post here (https://us.battle.net/forums/en/wow/topic/20745687020#post-9). This likely may be true with HfA also which combined would give you quite a number of characters on the additional account. Between the two expansions, you can nearly flesh out an additional account at 100/110 depending

I wondered where these posts went to :D
I did, in the end, start five fresh accounts and RaF them in a circle. I was a bit intimidated about the process but it couldn't have been easier. For anyone thinking of doing the same, each time you send an invitation to RaF, an email will be sent to the recipient (normally yourself in our case). If you click on the link in the email, you'll be invited to either create a Battle.Net account or log into an existing one. Once logged in, you're presented with a list of qualifying accounts to select from.
I sent the invites one account at a time to ensure that everything got linked together correctly.
So far, I've leveled three teams (five hunters, five mages and five priests) to 15. I'm going to do five paladins and either five druids or five warlocks next. That'll give me the toons I need to build five teams of tank, healer, 3 DPS that I intend to level through LFD.
I've been using ISBoxer so far with no additional addons or macros. That's clearly not going to cut it once I hit the dungeons. I find ISBoxer quite opaque but I expected that to be the case. When I boxed back in TBC, I used KeyClone and built everything else with macros and had considered doing the same with HotKeyNet but I suspect that, once I push through the pain of learning ISBoxer,it will prove a better choice in the end.
My only other issue now is my hardware. The PC I put together in 2013 (i5-3570K, 8GB DDR3, gtx9700, SSD) is just about coping but my 1.1Mb/s internet connection makes for a very laggy experience right now.
