I already posted on Logitech support about this issue but we have some pretty smart folks here that may have the answer to this issue.

I have used the G13 to box for years. Although I haven't 5 boxed recently I have played WoW solo and utilized my IsBoxer pro setup to play.

Clearing the profile on the Logitech software was always a requirement to prevent erroneous keystrokes while using IsBoxer and I have always followed that rule. I currently have an issue on my main gaming pc that I can't clear out a profile on the G13. It has somehow retained my D3 profile despite a full profile wipe and LG software reinstall. Even terminating LGS keeps the profile on the G13.

If I plug the G13 into a different machine that has never had the software installed (Windows Server Essentials 2016) and open notepad, there is no profile on the G13. Only when it is plugged into the gaming machine is there issues.

There seems to be some kind of corruption (at the driver level?) on this machine that is ghosting the profile to the G13 but I can't figure it out or I can't find where the crap is stored to delete it.

Gaming machine is Win 10 with fall creators update and latest gaming software (LGS 8.96.88 x64). If anyone has a suggestion of a way of fully wiping this thing without a full Win10 reinstall I am all ears. Help!!??

I don't know about logitechs, but my corsair has basically a "send this profile to the hardware" option, which is a prerequisite for getting it to work at all on some programs. Could something similar be going on?

I'd poke around in the registry. Some programs store things in there that do not get excised when uninstalling unless you use one of those "total uninstaller" type apps.

I poked around a little bit hoping a search would reveal something stored but I came up empty. I may have to do a full windows wipe. Just a few more tests and that will be my solution. Going to start the technet fall update download now.

I wiped the Win 10 install and of course that fixed it. Horrible solution but all my important stuff is on network storage so nothing was lost but time.

I have a G13 and you have to save profiles to it so you can use them wherever you go.

There was nothing saved on the G13 and even with the software turned off it still had a profile going. It was a registry error causing the issue. Runs perfect now.
