Issue with Invite , IWT ...

Good morning , Last Monday I decided to have fun and move to PRO system ... I decided to watch Mira's Video, and I had the wonderfull idea to CLEAR my Profile ... and ... and ... I didn't have a backup of my working config to revert back < noob inside >

I decided to move back as I didn't manage to make the PRO system work, and nothing worked .

I can't Invite my Toon ( In fact I can but some how the invite is coming from the wrong toon and he's inviting only my Slot 1 )
Even when I manage to invite 1 Toon, well , my Follow is not working, my IWT is not working, ..

I did check that all ISboxer add-on are properly setup and running.
Tried to remove all config, tried to un-install everything , restarting PC and re-installing ISboxer, but still the same...
I'm about to open the window and drop my tower.

any advice ?

It sounds as if you're logging your characters into the wrong Slots of your Character Set. Do you see a pop-up when you first log in telling you that the character is wrong? Do you see a message from the ISBoxer add-on in the chat window telling you that the character is wrong?

Ok please don't laugh at me : invite works good when I'm using the correct Key combination :)

But my IWT still didn't work, did try to change but not working. Assist is ok :)

I do have 2 set of WoW account on the same server and I wonder if that doesn't create a conflict as my Main id in both .

How can I really , start from a fresh install ?

Interact with Target requires four things:


A Hotkey to be set for the Mapped Key in Base Hotkeys
A Variable Keystroke to be set for Interact with Target (in ISBoxer)
An in-game key binding to be set which matches the Variable Keystroke in ISBoxer (in the game)
The Interact with Target Virtual Mapped Key in your Character Set to be assigned to the Standard version (which it should be by default) (Character Set > Virtual Mapped Keys tab)


The ISBoxer wiki page for IWT (http://isboxer.com/wiki/WoW:Interact_with_Target) has instructions on how to set this up, but step 4 should not need to be configured by you, at this time, since the Quick Setup Wizard already sets this to the standard Mapped Key, by default.

I did some testing this weekend.
If in my original Char Set I have my 5 Pals : IWT and Party Invitte are working fine

now, I take out my Toon in Slot 1 and replace it with my Main Tank and fun happen :
- invite. Doesn't work : I have to invite them manually ( if I press the Key combinations to invite only my Slot 1 receive the invite from an other toon , and I send the invite from Slot 1 even more strange...

- IWT work fine for toons 2-4 from my Slot 1, Follow works fine also.

I switch to Toon 2 and IWT works only on toons 3-5 but not on 1 and same for the follow.


i did clean :
- my PC ( remove everything isboxer and interspace )
- Clean My Regedit
- clean m'y wow folder ( I did have multiple entry of the Main account ( can see 2 times my toons from main account in Isboxer )

and yes, I did create 2 Charcter set :
- 1 with my 5 Pal's and working fine
- 1 with my 4 Pals and My Drood , broken one

How are you swapping in the second character for slot 1?

So in fact I do have 2 Char. set.
chart set 1: slot 1: drou, slot 2-5 paly's
char set 2: slot 1-5 paly's
i first start Charest 1 using inner space launcher.
I close all windows and launch Char set 2.

OK , I didn't have message in the chat box. I did my usual Method : un install, clean and redo from scratch and works fine now, I probably messed up something but what I don't know...

If you mean that there was no ISBoxer message at all, then the add-on wasn't enabled.
