CD Key Sales?

Is it typical for Blizzard to run a sale for expansion keys during a patch like 7.3? Are there certain times/reasons they run sales?

I want to get another 5 accounts setup but was hoping to NOT pay $35-$9 per account...

Normally around xmas time u will get battlechest for around for 5 dollars.
i also think legion come down in price too

Word on the internet is that Legion goes on sale in ~24 hours. You may want to hold out until then.

I bought 8 legion expansions last week, it did hurt my wallet, but WoD was free. now its time to find some time to level from 101 to 110 my 10x accounts.
