WoW Video Glitch - Running Turnaround

Does anyone else experience a glitch in WoW where you're just running along and all of sudden you're running 180 degrees in the opposite direction? As far as I can tell, it just happens with no input or anything. I've googled it and searched, but without having good key words I haven't been able to find anything.

It drives me nuts. I'd really like to figure out what causes it.

Are you sure, there was no rogue playing tricks on you?

No, it's no rogue. It happens to my buddy too, but neither of us know why. I guess it's something quirky about our systems or the way we do things.
