Is there a way to circumvent it on a fresh account. How do you go about RAFing a chain of 5-10 characters, wait out 1-3 days on each one?

Is there a way to circumvent it on a fresh account. How do you go about RAFing a chain of 5-10 characters, wait out 1-3 days on each one?
If you use keys that were already bought and paid for ahead of time, then they're "valid" in Blizzard's system, and therefore do not place any restrictions on the account.

Im using online store to save up money via russian vpn/complete edition. That way im paying 36e for the full game.
