Multiboxing - Neverwinter

I was digging around and I couldn't find much in the way for what I'm looking for on multiboxing neverwinter. I noticed all of the boxers for neverwinter are using ISboxer, however I stepped away from ISboxer and have been giving Hotkeynet a shot. I've gotten it to work successfully for wow, d3, uo, and eq without issues. However, my current issue now is getting it to work with neverwinter. I keep running into the problem of the keys not seeming to broadcast to the other windows. Since when neverwinter is in the background it takes a click to activate it. Does anyone know a way around this? Has anyone gotten Hotkeynet to work with neverwinter? Or by chance does anyone know how ISboxer manages to bypass this problem? If I at least knew that I could attempt to write a script in Hotkeynet to do the same.

I've spent the last few hours trying different things to make it work with little success. Any input would be greatly appreciated!
