I have one.. im about to return it to micro center ( yea for extended warranties! ), trading it for a 1080ti. I have not tried Ansel yet! Not sure how.. ill look it up and see what i can come up with.
Edit: Looks like you have to have a game that supports it. I have two, The Division and Witcher 3, but they're not downloaded atm.

The game you want to use it in needs to support Ansel specifically, and it works with 600 series GPUs (http://www.geforce.com/hardware/technology/ansel/supported-gpus) and up, as well.
As far as I know, there's no official supported games list—probably because nVidia doesn't want people to know it only works in like 10 games—but I'm 99.8751% sure that World of Warcraft doesn't support it.

Looks like my 980 can use it as well, if any of the games I play ever support it.
Following the link from MiRai I found some Ansel screenshots for some games, its very cool 360 view right from a browser.

I do wish WoW supported it.
