I actually had a chinese farmer see me once in EQ2 and spam me for 30 minutes.I think he thought he found a buddy.

It think it's funny getting yelled "No Life" from a fully raid geared toon.
For the "LOL", "WTF", "OMG", I just reply "What?" Which usually then gets a "..." response. 8o
"Spoiled little rich boy", gets a "Jealous? :P "
"Farmer" or anything similar to that gets a "So, you didn't farm to get that epic flyer? LOL" Which usually then gets a "..." or "w/e" response
Any curse words would get a response from me, "Reported for profanity".
I think the worst I get (or lack of), is silence from a person that I buff up and heal, or save from dying from a mob. They just move on like nothing happened... no thank you, no nothing... :(

haha yep!
I tend to ignore ignorance, but as soon as the profanity starts they get a ticket for harassment (which I have found the GM staff takes very seriously).
You left off a few. ;)
'HAX!' (Which I've actually had go both ways- from people trying to flame, to people trying? to be funny.)
'Someone has alot of time on their hands..'
'Why are you all the same?' (and after i explain some are relieved that their vid card isn't freakin)
and my fav:
/cheer (from 70's that usually go on to discuss my setup)

7 out of 10 times, it's WTF?! Others I've gotten are "What's the point?", "Why?", "Are they real?" (like I have implants or something).

Report the cheater
Hax
Why do you all look the same?
The "best" was the guy who had pulled Luzran(21 elite in Ghostlands) by mistake while killing mobs in the Dead Scar and was getting owned. I pushed in 2 Blueberries loaded the mob up with 3x Corruption, CoA, Immolate and Drain Life and bailed the dude out. The guy whose ass I saved then proceeds to follow me around for 30 mins. /yell-ing Gold Farmer, Cheater, and Botter.
last time I try to help someone...

Had a funny one jump around me for 10 mins shouting "HAAXX".. in the end 5 other ppl joined in jumping around me shouting "HAAAXX", was quite funny tbh ^^
The response I usually give when someone says “amg, noe lief”.. is, if they have raid gear: “that’s rich coming from you”.. which 9 times out of 10 warrants a “wtf, why?” response from them. If they have no gear then it’s usually something like “how so?”, which again usually tickles their curiosity and they just have to insult me further.
You probably already have noticed I have little patience for Muppets like this..
I then go on to my little analogy..
Ok think of it as Cigarettes vs Cigars. You smoke cigarettes, I smoke Cigars..
Mine cost 5 times as much are 5 times as fat etcetc..
However to get your nicotine fix you smoke a pack a day, I smoke one Cigar a day.
It takes me half the time to smoke my cigar then it takes you to smoke your cigarettes. And the time you waste standing in the cold smoking I spend inside socialising with my friends.
So yes it may cost me a bit more money, but meh.. it keeps me from playing as much

Suprisingly, I don't report many people for cursing, and I never tell them I do. I tend to just let things slide and just /smile and /hug them. It's confusing for them, and other people see that you're just a nice person and usually come to your side to defend you. I don't like to do PuGs, so multiboxing is nice, but I recognize that I will need other people to do quite a bit of things in the game that I want to do, so I see every minute I play as a public relations opportunity. I answer (coherent) questions, behave friendly to people who judge me or try to harass me, and behave even friendlier to people who show interest or friendship. If someone goes overboard trying to get to me, I may be inclined to report them, but they have to be extra vulgar or follow me for more than 10 minutes to get that to happen.

"lol"
"thats LAME play the game" (funny i thought i was)
Multiboxing in AO is rare (actually playing more then one at the same time together).
I'm digging this experiment so far.

If I'm in the starter areas, I get the occasional "Are those your bots?" and the like, but outside of that, all I really see are the people who run by, stop, turn around and look for a minute, and then keep going.

I get:
"Haxx. Nice"
"LOL LOZER!"
"F**KIN BOTTERS"
"How do you make copies of yourself?"
"You're not a hacker? Then how come they're all the same spec?"

Nobody has even noticed me yet... I think... although I've gone for a Gnome Lock and Dwarf Priest - Luff and Haet so I don't have the whole 'Identical twins' thing going on.
Most of it is just jealousy and ignorance. It has nothing personally to do with you, and how could it when they don't even know you, but rather everything to do with themselves and feeling a need to lash out in attempt to make themselves feel better about their own personal feelings of inadequacy. Whether they are pissed that they didn't think to do it themselves or that they are unable to do it themselves or just flat out ignorance and not knowing what going on they automatically choose to attack the situation with insults trying to make it seem like the situation is stupid rather than themselves for not know wtf is going on. That's just simply how some people are. It's called Immaturity and it runs rampant through-out wow and even RL.

Mine are many and varied, most negative, many neutral, some positive.
The most recent that sticks out in my mind is my newbie druid team (3x female nightelves to pair up with my wife's 2x shammies... if I've got to stare at something for hours on end it might as be a damn female avatar!!!) when they were around level 11.
Somebody else turned in a quest at the same time as me, and levelled. I /cheer'd at them with all 3 of mine, and some other random standing nearby says "Damn bots - they're everywhere these days".
I pretty much always ignore that sort of thing, but I was feeling a bit antsy that day so I whispered him something along the lines of "Since when did bots cheer at somebody who just leveled? Do you ever think before opening your mouth?",
The response? "No, I guess I don't. Sorry."
Pure class :)

Today i got a "REPORTED" yell...but followed with quite possibly the dumbest thing i ever heard "Im reporting you for using an illegal program that connects multiple keyboards to your computer".
I wont point out how wrong this is...feel free to discuss. My guild my chans my freinds list blasted this guy with LOL's as to how wrong that statement is. I just had to share it. It still makes me chuckle.

I think cheater is the most comon for me, followed by BOTS
I am known by alot of people by now so most of the times it's followed by: no he's cool so stfu
Strange fact though, most people below lvl 60 are like wtf, people between 60 and 69 seem to be like LOL and gief lazer show and 70's just want to know why I ain't 70 yet

When I am standing outside Org I have built up a nice rapport with some players by healing them after they have dueled which I dont mind.
Sometimes I stand outside the bank in Org and people come stand next to me and I start dancing and everyone gets funky!
But yeh, people whisper me and ask me how I bot and shit and I just say its multiboxing and then give them the URL

Two most interesting comments:
I had a bank alt tell me he wanted to stab me in the chest for my stupid idea and when I said excuse me, he replied with some other garbage and put me on ignore.
My favorite has to be the gold spammer. There was one in the front of SW when you first come in and I had stopped next to him to talk to some other people and he just kept spamming in "say" so I told him to shut up with all 5 characters. He started following me around and asking all kinds of questions, lol. Actually had very good English too, I figured it was mostly 3rd world country people just spamming a macro. I think I was more surprised of him then he was of me, lol.
Edit: I've actually gotten where I just ignore the comments like WTF if they are in "say". Unless it's a whisper or a legitimate question, I don't even respond anymore.

Kindness Kills, literally. Many used car salesmen are repeatedly verbally harassed by their managers in order to make them tougher. The good ones 'win' by smiling at the manager and even laughing at them when the manager is yelling at them. The failures give up, or cry, or argue back, and end up at MickyD's or Wendy's.
I only started boxing eq2 last week and i've only been called a cheat once and a looser once... Both times, I thanked the user and offered them my condolences for their horrible situation and asked if there was anything I can do to make it better. I never received a response from either user.
The worst thing you can do to an 'insulter' is compliment and thank them. As soon as you let 'them' get to you, they win. If you turn it back around, they can never win. AND if they come back with curses or whatnot, then you can report them. If/when they report you in retaliation, all the GM will see is pleasantness and compliments. Win Win situation for you. Loose Loose for them. Enjoy.

Funny one in AV the other day - I'm playing with my 5 female orc shammies...we had just wiped alliance at Galv.
Onlooker 1: Marry me!
Onlooker 2: Which one, there's 5 of them
Onlooker 1: Sheheals...no wait, Shebolts! No, wait Shetotems! Dammit I'm confused!
*I start doing the sexy orc dance on my 5 toons*
Onlooker 2: About your sexuality?
Onlooker 1: ...
Cheers,
Stealthy
Definitely lol'd at that one. :)
I was doing my buff routine for a curious player near the IF bank when another one came up and yelled, "WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE?!?"
At which point I said 'oops, gotta go. cops.' And bailed into the ditch like I was scared he would catch me. 3 70's jumped with me to keep watching. :)
Of course he followed up w/ tells trying to find out if they were bots. :P

I've learnt from experience that silence winds people up far more than anything else so i simply say nothing, do nothing to comments made, i just go about my business. There are no other quad boxing teams on my server on horde side that i know of, so once i get out of instance grinding im sure i'll pull a lot of attention in town all of which i'll ignore unless im asked a sensible question. Besides, the less i have to hit the pause button in keyclone the better :)

I've actually only had one or two people say anything and its more curiousity then anything. There might be more multi-boxers on Aggramar but I haven't seen any so it seems most people are pretty clueless.

These are my favorites, something about stating the obvious that makes me laugh.
I'm clearing in quest/pvp gear.
"How did you get all the same gear?"
As I sit with my 5 shaman in front of said person.
"Are you the guy running 5 shaman?"
