Does not appear to be multiboxed. Atleast talking in raid chat would suggest there's multiple people present. Could be multiple smaller boxers, but more likely it's a fun run put together by individual players. Still, cool proof of concept if nothing else.

Unfortunately, I don't believe it's a multiboxer either. There have been people (there is more than one group, I believe) posting this stuff to reddit lately, about all Druid guilds/groups doing raids.
