Making gold with a 5 box?

Starting to hit 110 now with 5 hunters and/or 5 paladins, was just curious if there was a good/efficient way of making gold as a boxer?

I have mining and herbalism and those 2 make a ton of gold as you can min/herb the same node with all at the same time now.
