Gold achivement from mythic + to guild

Just curious.. been noticing that the guild im in getting 400g from my achivs when i do m+..
Is it more beneficial to have like 4 chars in your own guild and make gold on that. ?
or it is just the first time u clear the dungeon u get that..

You're most likely getting the gold from your guild challenges. The first 7 current expansion dungeons completed each week reward the guild bank with 400g (Mythic keystone dungeons reward 750g for the first 3 done each week in a guild group.. You need to be in a guild group for the challenge to count, so having them in separate guilds would stop it from being completed.

In short: nope.

so for it to count as guild challenge it has to be five from same guild. or would it work with 4 from same guild ?

I want to say 3 of 5 but that might have changed. You'll get a slight different icon on the minimap for the dungeon when you are classified as a guild group.
