Hi guys, i've just gotten some new hardware and i'm not trying to do fancy stuff, the only thing i wanna do is play on one account while i'm waiting on the other one for AV queues.

I've connected two 19" Screens on a AtiXt1950 GT, my pc configuration should be more then sufficient for this.

Now the problem i'm getting is as soon as i drag one of my WoW screens to the secundary monitor everything is starting to lag majory. ( Wow Down to 2fps )

I know im doing something wrong but no clue what it is. Could some1 gimme some starting tips? Thx alot <3

I don't much like ATI/AMD but try to make it a single desktop and see if that helps any. If AMD is anything like Nvidia, the "two desktops" not one single one is killing the FPS. This is not an ideal solution but should help out a ton.

So, instead of "spanning" - make one huge desktop. I don't know what AMD calls it - there is another forum post here about it, search for it as it explains AMDs stuff better.

ye as Xzin said

You should have some software with your card and you should be able to choose options for second monitor. I suppose you have like 2 desktops but you need to use horizontal span. Horizontal span stretches your main monitor's desktop on 2 monitors.

Cant agree with Xzin, imho it is perfect solution. I couldnt run 2 copies of wow on 2 monitors without lag. Now with horizontal span I run 5 copies and almost suffer no lag (only in capitals)

Couldn't agree? Don't follow?

With a 30" monitor and a powerful enough video card, you can run quite a few copies of WoW :)

I think I managed 8 :) Framerates were not amazing but hey.... 8 copies of WoW :)
