Light of the Titans, nerf?

It seems to only put the HoT on the target of the heal, instead of both the target and yourself now. Or was it always liek that?

I thought it was always like that, but I can't say I ever paid focused attention to that.

I thought it had been nerfed but only because i used to put it 5x on my main tank before a pull so he would get 5 hot's, but now it seems to only give you 1 Hot and the other 4 buffs say something like "heals for 0 over how ever many seconds"

seems like a tooltip bug, still with the scaling on mastery / versa and bulwark being what it is i would hardly notice a nerf and switching from HoP to Knight templar gets more and more tempting the higher the ilvl gets.
