Hey, long time reader, first time poster.

I'm guessing you're getting alot of these kinds of posts, but I decided to make my own rather than post in one of the others, as they're generally not my strong side.

I already have a multitude of accounts, mainly due to paranoia after getting a unjustified (imo anyways) a while back, on which I have a multitude of characters. I've always admired multiboxers though (that's you guys!) and I've tried logging on with up to 5 accounts at a time and running around killing stuff on low level toons, normally going pretty well up til about level 6 where the mobs get tougher and I get lost in my alt-tabbing :P

Anywho, on to my question.

What is the generally seen "easiest" way of leveling, instances, questing or grinding? I'm aware I'd need 4-5 characters to efficiently do instances, but for starters, I'd like to go with as little as 2 different classes, which kind of brings me to the next question.

What's the general "new person" class setup? I've seen the shaman quadroplets spiced up with a priest/paladin, but I find it over used (albeit great) and shaman aren't really my forté :) I was thinking more along the lines of 1x priest and 2, 3 or even 4 warlocks, just to keep it simple.

Anywho, any input will be appriciated and I'll run off for now :)

Thanks in advance!

Welcome! and glad to have you~

The Priest + Warlock x (X) combo is very effective, if you play 2-3 possibly even 4 - you can grind out via questing rather swiftly to max level. At the 4-5 range it is somewhat quicker but more monotonous to instance grind. Either way both are very fun and it just boils down to what you really enjoy doing. I'd say give it a test drive and go from there.

Thanks, I'm happy to be here ^^

If I were to level up instance wise, I think the setup I'd go with would be something along with Prot Paladin, Holy Priest, 2x Destro Warlock and 1 Fire Mage.

Think I'm gonna stick with the 2-3x Warlock + Priest group for now though, or at least till after summer when I get a computer upgrade, not too sure how well my FPS would keep up in combat :)

Okay, so I've started a bit!

Fresh out of Goldshire, you have Gambít in the center, also my main, Chéck on the left is a warlock assist, as is Maté on the right. I had a hard time choosing names, as most of the "death and destruction!" variations were either taken or cropped out by the blizzard filter... thingy.

Anyways, This is the start, and I'll come back from time to time to update you on my journey :>

Welcome to the fold! :)

Generally speaking, unless you have a 70 to PL your guys in instances starting at level 8, straight questing is the way to go. You can save instances until the quests in them are green to you. You'll still get nice XP and the green mobs won't be as lethal. You picked a good start with casters as they'll be the easiest to maintain, gear and play successfully. And with a priest along, demonology voidwalkers are pretty solid tanks until you hit heroics (my VW at 70 tanked the big spectral dragon for the Gorefiend's Armor quest). And felguards chew faces in PVP pretty well.

Also, see this post ('http://www.dual-boxing.com/forums/index.php?page=Thread&postID=49771&highlight=#post49771') for some basics on how I have my keybinds set up on my priest+locks group. May give you some ideas. ;)
