Transmog Question

Ok now the loot system has changed, I wanted to know if I wanted a shaman recolor on my Hunter (all the recolor items have intellect on them) would I have to farm on a Shammy for the items? I need stuff from old raids and maybe Galleon. Could the Shammy loot then trade to my Hunter?

Set is here but I will have a Witch-Hunters Harvester polearm with it http://www.wowhead.com/outfit=35281/hev-belf

If so I guess I will have to dual-box them together, then move the Shammy to my main battle.net.

It looks like anything you have on your account is available for transmog on any other toon. Instead of having it in inventory, you just open up the head slot and a huge pick list opens. It was identical on all 5 of my accounts last night when I did it, so it seems to be using the same system as, say, pets.

Is it Bnet or just account? I never really was into transmog before I started to box. :)
