can't see team members

I'm level 81 and in Mount Hyjal area. I keep losing visibility of the rest of the team.
for example my healer might end up not being able to see the other 4, the other 4 can't see the healer.

nothing solves this except for a logout/login on all 5 accounts.

anyone else see this?
