Where are my sparkles

Is there any macro or addon to get back quest item sparkles? I've had "outline mode" turned off all expansion and now they've just taken away the option to dump it for sparkles, as near as I can tell, but I had heard that some of the old features still existed just no longer accessible from the menu.

If you go to the interface, select display and under "Outline Mode" set to disable. Sparkles should return.

Thank you john, I couldn't find that for the life of me and thought it had been simplified away!
