Updated Version Windows

So for the past day or two I have been getting this annoying popup everytime I load a team from ISBoxer.

"An updated version of World of Warcraft is available. Please launch the Battle.net app to download the update."

It opens my Bnet, loads a tiny 26kb file and then I hit PLAY. Which says launching and then loads another "updated version" window.

I have no clue what this is about, anyone else seeing?


How do I open a WOW client without opening bnet?

There is a thread on ISboxer.com/forums (http://isboxer.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=7996#p37837)covering this. As well as on the Blizzard forums (although I don't seem to have that link handy.

tl;dr try a scan and repair.

Mom's clients were doing this tonight; scan & repair fixed it right up.

Scan and Repair worked, thanks. Alot of folks on the Blizzard forums said this didnt work for them. Ca never hurt to try it I guess right?

Yeah, some folks see success, others (like my best friend's son last night) didn't see any improvement.
