Changing Machines - InnerSpace/ISBpxer Settings

Hey all...

I am going to try another laptop and see if I can get better performance out of it. Is there any certain files I should move over to save all my teams/settings in Inner Space/ISBoxer?

Also, in WOW its Interface and the WTF folders correct?
