Skinning in Legion

Does anyone know if multiple toons can skin a mob in Legion or is it still just one as now?

No as it was said in the q&a this would not really work as the nodes you make your self and blizzard has no contal over them, they said at somepoint we see about adding somthing like the bran in a group or somthing
