Hey!
I can't really compare with other classes, since I only have experience with Night elfs.
NE has shadowmeld, which can be used in combination with the glyphed camo. What you can do is kill someone with aimed + chimera (breaking camo), and then quickly shadowmeld again, successfully hiding from the enemy team. If you have the 1 min cooldown on camo timed good you can trigger it again from shadowmeld, and also start moving stealthed again. If Im not wrong I actually do just this in my first arena video.
If you don't have the camo ready, shadowmeld can still give you a few more seconds to gather some focus / ready chimera, for your next kill.

Orcs mini-bloodlust is good. Not sure about allies.

Not a PVPer here, so can't help with that side of things.

Before you go investing a bunch of time, go read around the forums here regarding the legion alpha/beta experience and what's being done to hunters. Forewarned is forearmed. ;)

Currently: Human > everything due to the racial freeing up a trinket slot. Thankfully however this is changing in legion as everyone will get a CC breaker from the PVP talents.

Honestly I feel that racials should not be the reason you choose your race, as I always found liking the character and the animations far more important for my enjoyment than a somewhat miniscule increase/decrease in perceived power of the character. In any case, here's my views of the current racials on both factions:

Alliance
Human (after the legion nerf) - Another CC breaker for stuns. Still bound to be good. Might be hard to maximize as a boxer.
Gnome - Fairly pointless for hunters (unless roots become more of a thing in legion), better for melee.
Night Elf - Shadowmeld is strong if used correctly, but getting max value out of it as a boxer is hard.
Draenei - I personally think this is one of the better ones. Either a 20% heal on your whole team, or a full health reset over 5 seconds if used on the same target.
Dwarf - Strong for healers and casters, less so for hunters. Still, a type of "mass dispell" with a small defensive added on is not too bad.
Worgen - Decent mobility CD, not game changing though.

Horde
Orc - Damage increase CD that is fairly strong at the start of expansions, stun duration reduction, 1% pet damage increase. Probably the best on horde.
Troll - Decent damage increase CD.
Tauren - Fairly negligible stun
Undead - Fear breaker, decent addition to any class that does not already have one.
Blood Elf - Decent when playing single toons, hard to maximize as a boxer.
Goblin - Cool, but not game changing.

Both
Pandaren - Fairly weak CC

I did some reading up on all the racials. This is about what I felt too - Orcs abilities seems very nice, and should have no drawbacks for a multiboxer. Human and NE are interesting, but is harder to maximize as a boxer.
Draenei's heal is actually very interesting for a multiboxer - as you can effectively focus heal a member synced, more than a team of 5 actual players. Often your main character will be focused, in the hope of messing up the boxers rhytm. Throwing a synced draenei heal on the main char would help.
So if I would choose a race based purely on performance, I would go Draenei and Orc. Both should have racials which will provide a reliable advantage in all situations.

Thnx for the tips on legion changes.
Agree that a heal would benefit alot.
Has been lvling female humans so far. Like the animation overall for them.
And due to raf linked acc ill guess im gonna lvl up alot of chars. 4 linked and one 100 for boost them to 90.
So the lvling goes kinda fast at the moment.
This is an issue when ure an altoholic ;)
