Ok, so I was talking to my friend in class today, and we decide that sometime soon, we would get together for a couple days and see what we can do to powerlevel using a 70 mage and a 70 pally
I know that this lowers exp a LOT, but this will be very efficient for the rate that we can do instances....
here's my battle plan: Ice Shield(bubble), aggro, iceblock, blink, blizzard(here is where the pally starts to heal because the mage will prolly be really low), and blizzard/AE until death...
the reason for having a 70 pally(preferred healing spec) is because the mage will be able to aggro more enemies in a single group, therefore, allowing faster runs
here's my instance strategy:
1-8 solo quests
8-14 RFC
14-18 WC
18-24 SFK
24-40 SM Cath
40-45 Uldaman
45-48 Zul Farrak
48-52 Blackrock Depths
52-56 Scholomace
56-60 LBRS/UBRS
60-64 Hellfire Ramparts
64-66 Mana Tombs/Auchenai Crypts
66-70 Sethekk Halls
all help is appreciated :)

You are much better off with only 1 70 out of grp. you cut you exp so much by having 2 70s.

If you've got a Paladin and a Mage at your disposal... consider Athene's Powerleveling Method, as discussed over at EoN.

It works. It works extremely well.

also: i heard that athene's pling method has been nerfed.... is this true?

No, this definitely works.
Zone in with Paladin, Mage, and lowbie.
Pull a bunch of mobs with Paladin back to the zone in. Do *NOT* do any damage with the Paladin (so turn off Retribution, no shield spike, DM:Vengance, etc) or do anything at all with the Mage or lowbie.
Run the lowbie in a bit, basically get a safe distance away / break LoS to any casters.
Drop the Mage from the group. He'll get the 60 second countdown timer...
Consecrate a few times, get the mobs to low HP, <50% is fine. Basically 4 casts of Consecrate is about all you have time for.
Zone out with Paladin. Once the mobs start heading for your lowbie the Mage starts AoEing. He won't pull aggro easily for some reason, the mobs will keep heading for the lowbie. So Frost Nova, Blast Wave, Blizzard, whatever you can do to hold em in place and nuke them down and keep them off the lowbie. When the mobs die you get full XP on the lowbie.
Don't forget to reinvite the mage before the 60 second timer is up.
At L22 in SM Cathedral, I was getting 539 per kill unrested, which = 45 kills for 1 level. A usual pull was netting me most of a level.

WOW , I just tried the pal and mage thing. seems to work well, sometimes mage to take to long for server to regrp and zone out. but its still great

I mean you use a way, which makes you having an advantage from the gamemechanics and this could you cost your account, or isn't it so?

It's very simple really.
Group your Paladin, Warlock, low level toon.
Pull a bunch of mobs with you Paladin back to the zone in. DO NOT do any damage, shield spike, retribution aura, heal, etc. with any toon.
Remove the Warlock from the group.
Run the low level toon some distance away so he's not instagibbed.
Use Consecrate to get the mobs down to <50%, ideally 20% or lower.
Zone the Paladin out.
Blow everything up with the Warlock. Collect mad XP.
Reinvite the Warlock before 60 second timer is up.
