Hey guys,
Getting that itch for wow boxing again... Re-subbed all my accounts and IsBoxer!
I'm going to stream boxing this time. Stream content will mostly be Wow, but maybe some Diablo 3 and other non boxed games thrown into the mix occasionally. I'll either be boxing instances, raids or solo PVP in Wow. I'll be using two beefy computers (1 for streaming, 1 for gaming) and just ordered an upgrade to my Comcast internet so I can get a higher upload speed.
Looking forward to Legion from what I've seen so far!
I'll probably keep a blog updated here on dual-boxing.com as well. I started boxing about mid Wow vanilla. I've boxed every expansion but have definitely taken my breaks. It will be interesting to see what has/not changed in the past year. Once my team is at max level I may 10 box, always wanted to try raiding on my own.
One question I have is in regards to end game instances.
My plan is to start new (because old content is just too much fun). While I had successfully cleared most instances/heroics per expansion using a mixed team, I'm just wondering how viable that is in Wod and Legion for any testers out there. I have played a few Wod instances but nothing extensive, and very little boxing.
Plan is to use a Paladin(Tank), Hunter(Dps1), Warlock(Dps2), Shaman(Dps3), Priest(Heals/Dps4). Movement is not a problem and I usually interchange between driving with Tank or Heals depending on the encounter.
I don't want to spend the time working on a mixed team if they are gimped for the boxer in Wod normals/heroics, so any insight here would be greatly appreciated.
Not sure if anyone else still boxes wow on a regular basis anymore. I haven't made this team yet so I may be willing to startup on a new server with other boxers. I've only ever played Tichondrious(main) and Kil'Jaeden for a bit. I would want a server that is at least Full or Medium sized population.
Anyway, look forward to talking with you all again.
