Btw is there any special method to run ptr or just change game to ptr exe?

You can access the PTR through the BNet launcher (if you're launching your Character Set that way), or by using the commandline parameters (http://isboxer.com/wiki/D3:Quick_Start_Guide#Part_1:_Before_configuring_IS Boxer).
