Hello all,
I like to get some suggestion for keybinding/cast sequence for the characters.
Boxing multiple class is not that easy, for the early level I can use Seal/Judgement, Fireball/Frostbolt, Shadowbolt, Smite all bind in a key, however the problem with that is Pally run out of mana very soon.
I'm now Level 20, and there are more spells available, I like to get some suggestion that can help Pally conserve some mana, and still maintaining similar DPS. Also some healing suggestion too because when fighting in instance/elites, my priest run out of mana too left her cannot cast healing spell for tank.
This is what I have as my keybinding
All offense spell are done through target=focustarget
Key 3 Macro
Pally
Judgement
Seal
Judgement
Mage
Frostbolt/Fireball (castsequence)
Warlock
Shadow Bolt
Priest
Smite
Key4 Macro
Pally
Mage
Warlock
Drain Soul/Life
Priest
Heal (target=focustargettarget)
All suggestions are welcome, and big thanks to this site for renewing my interest in WoW.

For my pally, I use
` (tilde) = macro to thrown avenging shield [nocombat], and hammer of wrath when in combat.
1 - macro cast sequence of SoR, Judgement
2 - Judgement.
3 - none
4 - exorcism
5 - rank 1 Holy Shield
6 - Holy Shield max Rank
7 - rank 1 Consecrate
8 - Consecrate max Rank
9 - macro that cancel aura Divine Shield, Blessing of Sacrifice, and Blessing of Protection
0 - none (or useable quest item such as the thing to wrangle nether rays)
- - none
= - Divine Shield
Mage
` - Arcane Missile
1 - none
2 - a single cast spell: Frostbolt
3 - main DPS macro #1 cast sequence damage such as Frostbolt, Frostbolt, Ice Lance
4 - /assist the tank
5 - main DPS macro #1 cast sequence damage such as Frostbolt, Frostbolt, Ice Lance
6 - Ice Barrier
7 - main DPS macro #1 cast sequence damage such as Frostbolt, Frostbolt, Ice Lance
8 - none
9 = Cold Snap
0 = Polymorph
- = ???
= - Ice Block
As you can see, my paladin spams 1, 5, and 7 mostly.
Then I have agro, I hit 4 and spam 3, 5 and 7 for the pally, which is also the cast sequence for the dps.
Holy Paladin (Healer)
For Healing, I use U I O P and [
I = Self Heal, /cast [target=player] Holy LIght
U = "1 HL", /cast [target=Party1] Holy LIght
O = "2 HL", /cast [target=Party2] Holy LIght
P = "3 HL", /cast [target=Party3] Holy LIght
[ = "4 HL", /cast [target=Party4] Holy LIght
More on the Tank Pally
I use the
] = racial ability, Mana Tap. Shift+] = Arcane Torrrent.
\ = Taunt for pally or Righteous Defense. This is a good key for Fade on Priest
N = Cleanse. Remove Curse for Mage, Dispel Magic for Priest, Purge for Shaman. Macro that [target=focustarget]
B = Hammer of Justice. Earthshock for Shaman. Counterspell for Mage (using staggered cast sequence)
The 2nd set of keys I use are:
J K L ; '
These can be anything I need, Renews from a priest for each party.
Different set of cast sequence for mages.
Individual spells used by Shadow Priest: Vamp Embrace -> SW:Pain -> Mind Blast -> Mind Flay

My mage is fire spec, warlock is affliction:
1: Tank - Judgement; Seal
2: DPS - pally=holy shield; mage=fireball; warlock=shadowbolt
3: DPS - pally=holy shield; mage=scorch; warlock=CoS, Corr, UA, Siphon Life, CoA
4: PBAoE - pally=consecration; mage=arcane explosion; warlock=hellfire; priest=Holy Nova
5: Finisher - pally=Hammer of Wrath; mage=fireblast; warlock=deathcoil
6: CC - sheep;banish;shackle
7: De-aggro: pally=taunt; mage=mana shield, iceblock (should change to invis); priest=fade
8: Heal: biggest heal on pally
9: AoE Heal: prayer of mending
0: Heal hunter pet
-: follow
=: assist
Then I have shift+1 to shift+5 bound to decurse/dispel/cleanse the relative target and I have numpad 1-5 to renew the relative party member.
Tanking:
My pally has retribution aura on at all times except when I need resists against a boss. I usually click seal before a fight and judge the first mob I engage. I cast 1x consecration at the start of the fight if there are 3 or more mobs. If there are only 2 I usually don't bother. I only judge when I switch targets or after a taunt. On a boss I will consecrate more and Judge whenever it is up to allow heals and dps to go balls to the wall without pulling aggro.
I also keep Blessing of Wisdom on the entire group and only switch to Kings and Salvation on bosses.
Healing:
I always use my biggest heals on the tank and just use Prayer of Mending and Renews on the rest of the group.
I can remember having mana problems on the pally early on but you can downrank consecration to save mana. My pally is now starting to have mana problems again as I focused on defensive gear and lost a lot of mana regen and have a much smaller mana pool. My pally is also getting hit a lot less so less healing which means less mana. Usually not an issue against hard hitting bosses.
It is all about finding a balance. You want to use as little as possible mana on the tank while still being able to keep aggro which is why I don't have my consecration or seal/judgement bound to keys being used to DPS. I only use consecration and seal/judgement when I really need to for aggro purposes.
