Back at wow, going to do a new RAF team. So for I have invited my team from the wow1 account on a new Bnet and when I went to invite the next account the wow2 account didn't have the RAF button. So I sent the invite to all the rest from the wow1. will this make boosting levels only to the wow1 account? not like i'm too worried cause all that I need are on the other 5 accounts I have. I may keep these to 10 box later but for now i'll stick with RAF fun till Legion comes out.

I fear so, you're missing out on an awful lot of granted levels this way unfortunately. :(
I suspect you've purchased licences directly from Blizzard. It takes up to 72 hours before such things become available if you purchase things through the on-line store due to payment verification. This is why I tend to purchase retail boxes as well as game time codes beforehand, to eliminate that waiting time and get everything up and running immediately, as any codes you manually enter don't have that 72 hour window.

If you have linked your accounts wrong, there's the possibility to call blizzard and let them reset up the Raf linking.
I have f***ed up my raf in the past too, so just called blizzard to change the linking, they made no problem of it and they were pretty exiting about multiboxing!
If you have linked account 2,3,4,5 all to account 1, then yes all of the levels you like to grant will be granted to account 1.
Keep in mind, when you link all accounts to account 1, you will not be able to boost with accounts 2,3,4,5 and have the raf bonus of 3x exp

I just wanted to stress this piont as well: the way you've set it up, a levelling character from account 1 always has to be part of the team in order for it to work. When they're linked in a circle, you can omit a character for boosting, and they'll still be paired with account to the left or to the right. A circle (A>B>C>D>E>A) is the preferred method, as linking the last account back to the first one, means every account can grant as well as receive levels.
Another thing worth mentioning (again) is that you can set up Recruit A Friend connections for up to 30 days after the account has been created. So even if you do want to purchase from Blizzard directly (which is understandable given the current holiday offer), you can simply set up 5 accounts (for example), then wait for the 72 hour payment validation period to expire, and then still setup all the links.

Well I will try this out. Cause so far I am seeing I can grant levels to any character, though its grey'd out I want to level up a bit and find out. Because they are all on the same Bnet account, it might not matter is what i'm thinking.

Ok so I contacted blizzard, and they removed all the Bnet accounts on the bnet i was trying to first set it up on and refunded my purchases on that account, then I created a new bnet and did as Multibear is saying, setup the 5 starter accounts, then purchase the 5 copies of the game from the online store, I then waited for a few hours, then as they became unlocked (much faster than I remember last I did RAF) I sent refer a friend to myself, and in the notes I put Wow1-Wow2, wow2-wow3, and so fourth so I don't get confused as to which account is linked. Pretty simple. So if anyone else is having trouble setting it up hope this thread helps, as I'm sure there are many other threads like this :p and a plethora of community support here.

Amen. Always good to have confirmation of what works in current expansions. ;)

Hi MultiBear, can you quickly explain how you link E again to A? Suppose I already have account A with my booster level 100 at the moment and I want to boost 4 chars in a 5-man team with it, how would I link E back to A?

You can only link accounts that are less than 30 days old, and you link them the same way that you send a normal RaF invite.
