Translation: Skylake CPUs have thinner base PCB material and can warp/crack/fail/explode/catch-on-fire (ok, not catch on fire :p) if the heatsink pressure on the CPU is out of tolerance or if the PC is handled roughly while the cooler is still attached. Some manufacturers claim you'll need new screws or springs to modify the "torque spec" for the new 1151 CPUs.

Probably won't affect us much but just in case someone is considering re-using older hardware or may be shopping for bargain heatsinks. ;)

I'm keeping an eye on it as my new rig is running a 6700k, however with my aio I think I should be in good shape. I'll be back in touch if I hear anything to the contrary from Corsair though (using the 110i GTX).
