Arena capping Conquest Points

What is your favourite method to do your weekly Conquest cap?

And, is it allowed to queue two of my teams at the same time and play against myself?

I've just been queing 2s or 3s depending on how many toons I have in the team. 2s is most likely going to be the easiest match ups as it's generally considered the capping bracket where you actually encounter people that are not already fully geared and just people playing with their friends in random comps. Of course it might mean having to play a lot of extra games if you just wish to cap depending on the amount of toons you have. 5s is a complete no-go. I've not faced a single team without full gear and a viable 2 healer comp with below 1800 MMR so far.

I'm not quite sure what Blizzards official stance on queing against yourself is, so I've avoided it for now and prob will continue to do so to be on the safe side.

I cap in 2s and do a little off ashram.

The 2nd would be classed as win trading as you fixing the wins and would be a out the rules. And would not be allowed to be talked about con the forums

As ebony said, it's win trading and has been bannable for many years now.
