For anyone using software to multibox EVE, the only question you should be asking yourself is (http://i.imgur.com/FGst7B5.png):

Are you sending data to multiple clients at the same time?

If he was sending data to multiple clients at the same time he wouldn't have needed to create a button for each individual client. Now, whether CCP's new internal defense system is going to interpret that as multiplexing or not is not something that I think anyone here can answer.

Something not mentioned is that depending on how fast you move the mouse, it will miss some of those buttons. ;) In other words, the whiners in that youtube vids's comments section are clueless nooblets, as usual.

I never read the comments till now but it seems that somewhere in the forums ccp has stated what he did in the video is legal. I've looked all of the forums for this post and didn't find.
