First off I'm a total noob at this. This is my first go at 2 toons on a single box so forgive me if this is common knowledge and please just point me in the right direction.
Secondly, massive Kudos on Keyclone. This is amazing software.

Ok enough with the apologies and ass kissing and on to the question...

It is bitchin software though.

So I picked up my second account this weekend and rolled up a pair of locks. Everything seemed to be going pretty well and I was having little difficulty with setup until I went to the trainer and got Fear (Rank 1). I put it on a hot bar (keystroke: Shfit+=), went to Keyclone and set LSHIFT+= as a round robin key. Things seemed to be fine in so far as if I spam the key the two toons alternate casting, but the problem Im having is that if I hit the key and then wait until the fear wears off (~10 sec) and the mob returns when I hit the key a second time toon 1 casts again instead of toon 2. Is there a time limit on keystokes for round robin casting? If I hit a second key between the two round robin key strokes does it reset the round robin?

I feel like I'm missing something here.

In my experience, if you are not using the commands feature of Keyclone to startup your WoWs, then roundrobin can act a bit funky. For me, before I started using commands to kick off each of my WoWs, whichever window had focus would not fire off on roundrobins. Once I switched over and started using commands to start WoWs, things smoothed out considerably. Also, make sure that if you are using a command to start each WoW, that you uncheck the autoadd World of Warcraft in the general options.

Ill check on that, thanks.

howdy Inimicus ('http://www.dual-boxing.com/forums/index.php?page=User&userID=4862') and welcome to the forums!

there is no such mechanism within keyclone's round robin that would reset to the first member of the rr list (altho, some have asked for it). there definitely is no time-out associated with it, as that would be against the TOS.

if your rr is being wonky, make sure of the number of clients keyclone is managing. check the keyclone window and count the items in the list (looking for an 'invisible' one...). sometimes an extra can 'sneak in' if you are using auto-add (can pick up the windows explorer or web browser).

if you are using commands, which i highly recommend for numerous reasons, please make sure to disable 'auto-add windows titled' under keyclone/setup/general

if you have any thoughts, questions, or comments... please feel free to drop me a note... i'm always listening.

have a great day and welcome to multi-boxing :D

Seems I had "auto-add" enabled and this was the root of my problem. Unchecked the box and all is working as advertised.

Thanks for the help.
