I found a serious way to cheese this fight up:

Pop the shield during the colossal smash that happens during the aoe phase so you can focus on AOE DPS.
Click the Frond after you start taking heavy damage. My DPS is high enough that I only have to do 2 AOE phases.

I technically only 4 boxed this and my wife was on the druid. However, 99.9% sure with the quest items I can 5 box this. I kept wiping in the 10-15% range 5 boxing before using the quest items (Can prob do without, just need more time). Brought her in to smash some pedals for me, and we both had quests for the zone. Remembered when we were leveling up how OP the Frond was. So we tried it and it worked out pretty well. The stupid Frond heals for 105k a tick !!!
