I get an Error when I try to run the ISBOXER toolkit

I can run inner space just fine, however, when I try to run the isboxer tool kit I get the following error: "unable to load jit compiler mscorjit.dll file may be missing or corrupt"

I know isboxer uses .Net Framework 3.5 and I enabled it through programs, but I still get this error. Thankyou!
