Check it out, I finally got some action on the forums! Spent the weekend mopping up in 51-60 AV on Retaliation battlegroup. Met a lot of very nice people from other servers, and got quite a few fans among them. I also had the privilege of seeing Evilseed's 4 hunter team, and let me say it was badass to see 4 green ravagers running around in unison!

The guy even went through all the trouble of typing all my shammies names out, special characters and all! I watched the post for a little bit, and it ended up going down the familiar "third party software is against the TOS schtick, so I threw V's Q&A thread at em. That should answer some questions nice and firmly!

Hey there!
I had a great time playing with ya. I like how you setup your shaman "fort" just outside the bridge and basically obliterated guys as they came off it.
Yea the hunter group is proving to be very challenging, however, I'm starting to discover a few tactics that are insanely powerful. I ran 2 AVs in a row with 0 deaths and was #1, #2, #3, #4 in honorable kills :) I'm trying a new style of multiboxing to give people another option to the 4x sham 1x pally style, which is of course extremely powerful.
So far, I believe the 4x hunter 1xpriest group to be insanely powerful in all battlegrounds, even above and beyond a shaman group. It also can do any non heroic instance just fine (4x pets can tank quite well, especially with tank rotation via intimidate). How they fare in heroics and arena is to be seen as I gear up. Right now the hunters are level 58 (my priest is 66, so I don't add her into the group yet). While I am reaching 70 I'm steamrolling BGs. I hope to have enough honor racked up by the time I'm 70 for the S1 weapon + 2 pieces of armor, at least. I've a ton of marks so that won't be a prob :)
I hope to roll with you again soon!
Cheers!

Keep us posted on the hunter group. I'm interested in seeing how things fare at 70.

Me too...I wouldn't expect hunters to fare that well in heroics, since pets would be a bit squishy, but they should be able to tear shit up in BG's.
Arena's would be interesting to see - hunters have some decent burst, but isn't most of it physical damage (i.e. mitigated by armour)? BM spec could be good due to CC immunity from BW.
How do multiple traps go? Could you Frost Trap with one and have multiple explosive traps with the others.
They definitely offer some interesting possibilities...
Cheers,

i dropped 5 snake traps and hilarity ensued in ab

Just throw a distract and separate a couple of them by facing them the wrong direction. Once their movements and grouping are thrown off, there's nothing the guy can do other than die and wait for them to be put back into place. Unless of course he's using an illegal program to resynchronize their positions.
Of course, not being considered "cheating" doesn't make playing WoW on five computers and paying for [/i]five accounts[/i] any less pathetic. Throw money at the game until you feel capable mirite?lol. WTF is this guy thinking? Like we cannot notice one of our guys drop off?

4 hunters and a priest are very powerfull. I have parked 4 hunters at 29 to get ab and wsg tokens , I added a 26 holy priest and boy what a power house. fear rogues , war close and then pick them off. this grp is unstoppable at 29
