A lot of the items that are account bound from WoD will not send to my other characters from a different sub account. This is a slight change from items before WoD. Not sure if this is intended but I am annoyed that I can't give one guy all my rep items.

If the item says "battle.net account bound" and the characters are on the same battle.net account, then that's a bug and you oughta submit a ticket for it, IMO.

If you are sending between horde/alliance the mail will fail if you send any text at all. You cand send the BtA item and nothing else.

Yes, and you also can't add any gold if going across horde<->alliance or it will fail.

Can you xfer toons to diff bnetacct and carry across and bnet acct bound items with you? (Probably not, just wondering)
(also assuming same info is on both bnet accts) ...... For 10 boxers

This should be a given since gold has never been allowed to move cross-realm or cross-faction.

Whatever items are in your inventory/bank move with the character. When heirlooms finally their UI overhaul like toys and mounts you can probably expect that behavior to change.
