View Full Version : Cannot get master and slave to cooperate.

II think the problem might be in Jamba, but, I want to double check.

What is happening is this:
My master character would attack a mob, but the slave would just stand there.
I would hit auto attack first, then the slave would attack...but not the target I am focused on. (I am attacking target dummies, I change dummy and the slave does not)
When a mob is killed, the looting is round robin and not master looter.
When I kill a mob and the slave goes back to following my master, my master starts following the slave.

I am asking this because everything DID work correctly. Up until something was recently updated. Exactly what, I do not know as I do not play but once or twice a week, but I always keep everything updated.

I am also using ISBoxer. I am trying to find out if the problem is with Jamba or ISBoxer.

Sounds like a bit of both. Slave not attacking target would be ISBoxer not configured correctly. Toons following each other sounds like they both think the other is the master. Make sure you have them both with the same master. Which leads back around to your ISBoxer configuration being incorrect.

I suggest you check your ISBoxer config.

You just need to reload ISBoxer suite and export to InnerSpace again.

Everytime InnerSpace is updated you need to export again or run into little problems.

Ok, I never thought about checking the Master/Sale setting. I found that Toon #1 is the master and Toon #2 is the slave (On the config screen for Toon #1), but I would find the opposite on Toon #2. Toon #2 set as master and Toon #1 set as Slave. I would change it and even push the settings. But when I go back and check, they reverted back as above.

Make sure ISBoxer is not managing Jamba characters (it's an option in ISBoxer somewhere). Also make sure you do as JohnGabriel suggests.

Also grab the latest version of Jamba 6.0.3-1 and see if that helps.

Yup, using latest version of both. I ended up removing both Jamba and ISBoxer. Then reinstalled both. Now everything is working properly. Thanks for the help.
