View Full Version : Jamba profiles
Hi,
first of all thank you all using this forum where i learnd a lot about multiboxing :)
(special thanks to Jafula forhis awesome addon)
now the question :
Is there a way to load jamba profile with command/script/macro ?
I just switch profile on each characters everytime i want to switch team (war/priest or 2wars or war+2hunts or anything i want to try) and i wanted to know if there is a better war to do it.
thank you.

You can always add all characters you want to use to the character list and then you won't need to change profiles.
[edit] Though you will probably want to uncheck "Assume characters are always online" or the chat window will get spammy with warnings.
looks great but how do i set different master on the slave ?
i saw the 'when focus change, set the master to the focus' option but i wanted to use FTL macros.

"Focus" there is talking about the Window that is focused {active}, I believe. IE - "When I change the active window, change that character to the main." But, you don't say what program you are using to multibox. ISBoxer should handle this on its own and you wouldn't want to touch that in Jamba, if I recall.
Jamba also has its' own slash commands (http://wow.curseforge.com/addons/jamba/pages/slash-commands/) that you can integrate into macros, such as the command /jamba-team iammaster <tag> and /jamba-team master <name> <tag>
i'm using keyclone.
for now i have something that work.
i first did what Ughmahedhurtz told me (adding every multibox characters in the team).
i checked when focus change, set the master to the focus
i added a tag on each toon based on what account he's on (acc1, acc2, acc3)
and used jamba macro to set focus to acc1 (since it's always my main), this switch the master of my team to all toons.
now i have to think of a way to make more jamba macro that can handle any set of toons (looks impossible right now but i'll try :) )
thks all
