My current pc has:

cpu: amd 955 be
ram: 16 gb ddr3 1600mhz
gfx: sapphire 6570

Back in cata, I was able to run 10 cata clients alright with all clients on low, main 30fps rest 15fps, but occasionally the main would freeze for a second, I know my cpu would be very close to maxing out. But I tried multiboxing again recently and mop seems to use a lot more resources, 10 is close to impossible with my low end computer. What would you recommend I upgrade first (or everything, for that matter)?

My graphics card definitely needs to be replaced.

Thanks.

Well, if you already know that your CPU and GPU both need to be replaced, then the only answer is that everything needs to be replaced. I don't know what it would take to run 10 characters in the new expansion, but there are a few threads of people asking about new builds on the first page of this sub-forum.

You should use the resource monitor type options.
During your actual play, they'll let you know what percentage of your resources you're actually using.
Anything that is close to 100%, or occasionally hits that 100% is a bottleneck.

An upgrade to a bottleneck will improve your performance.

Control + Shift + Escape (Win 7).
Performance Tab.
Resource Monitor Button.

You could also try free download utilities.
CPUID HW Monitor, will let you check the temperatures of your CPU.
GPU-Z, will show the percentage load of your graphic card, and the operating temperature.
