Is anyone else getting fairly frequent and seemingly random disconnects? This is not IS Boxer specific, as I'm getting this while also one-boxing to level up a toon to 70th on a newer account.
The exact message is:
LOST CONNECTION
Your connection to the Battle.net service has time out.
Please log in again. (Code 3007)
OK
According to their knowledge base, ensuring that Windows Secondary Log-In is enabled can fix this issue.
Mine was set to 'Manual' and not 'Automatic', but changing this setting didn't make an issue.
Their second potential fix is to join a General Chat channel, so you're constantly getting messages from their server.
Again, no luck in solving the issue.

How long has this been happening? I usually play for maybe a couple hours a night and have not seen this. Will play some tonight as well.

I didn't have this at all, at the start of the summer (in Vancouver).
I also didn't have this at all during the summer (in Calgary).
It has been an issue since returning to Vancouver, basically a week ago.
I'm not sure if it's related to my ISP (my end) or not, but I suspect that might be the case since it wasn't happening at all over the summer.
But then again, I wasn't having this issue prior to heading to Alberta for my sales season either.
From googling it, this has been an issue off and on, for various people on the D3 forums for a year or so.
Sometimes it hits within a couple of minutes of starting up.
Other times, I can play for several hours without this occurring.
Clicking OK, on the dialogue box takes me to the log in screen.
I can log in immediately, and don't need to re-enter my authenticator code, but do need to enter my password.
My connection doesn't appear to stop for other applications.
I have a VPN, which I use when I'm downloading torrents; whether the VPN is active or not, the issue is the same.
Not really sure where to go from here... or to just put up with it, and hope it goes away?

Hi Ualaa,
I live in Calgary, have a VPN and have never experienced this issue.
I know that this is not overly helpful but living in Calgary I thought might provide some perspective possibly. I have also played Diablo 3 with a buddy who lives in Vancouver and he hasn't experienced it as well after talking to him this evening.

When I play through the VPN, the latency sucks.
So I almost always turn it off, and play directly.
That said, the 3007 occurs whether the VPN is off or on.

This used to happen to me a lot.
For me it was because of CPU over heating. It was throttling itself down so much, that when trying to multibox it would just time out.
Once I fixed the heating issue, the problem went away.

On Friday, I played 12 hours and did not have this issue at all.
On Sunday and Monday, the issue has returned.
I'll monitor my temperatures, and see if that is the culprit.
Thanks for the reply.

I had similar problems after a patch and ended up having to replace my router. Its kept in a cupboard and running 24/7, its likely to have heat problems.
