Get some free trial accounts. Keep opening them until they don't run well. There's your answer. The limit will be dependent on your system, not ISBoxer.

I'm not aware of an actual limit for instances of a game with ISBoxer. Most likely the wall you're going to hit is hardware power...

Oh, I am aware of that. However, the initial question (atleast as far as I understood it) was just about how many instances of a game ISBoxer supports. Not a limitation on a single PC.
