DPS Dk spec?

I've got a DK sitting at 80 who got there in wrath but I want to bring it in as part of the 80-90 group that I am doing this month. What is the boxing spec at the moment?

Good-enough-for-levelling macros also welcome, although I'm not too lazy to look them up in the Khatpendium.

I used blood (Tank) spec to level my DK all the way to 90. Being able to easily pull 5 to 10 mobs at once makes kill quests a cinch. Frost is the top DPS spec for DK's at the moment.

I keep Death Strike, Blood Boil, Death and Decay, Icy Touch, and Plague Strike on separate buttons as well in case I need to use them out of sequence. Definitely keep Blood Boil & Death and Decay on separate buttons for the procs.
