GarpaUI

Im trying to use GarpaUI to clone my UI setup to my other characters, however when i choose the folder that has my settings it tells me that its not a valid game directory. Anyone know how to fix this?

Actually it might not even be the reason why garpaui isnt working. Seems it actually does something in the settings folder when i run it but it doesnt have any ingame effect. Ive tried doing what it says for isboxer in the manual at http://s3.amazonaws.com/garpa-distribution/GarpaUI2-manual.pdf but still not working.
