A few days ago I accidentally bought an upgraded crystal, but it was for the tier set not available until the next expansion. Since I equip it, I could no longer sell it back to the store, and so I am running around without a crystal at all.

Woe to me, so I sent in a GM request to have the item refunded to me.

I hear back today and they said (summarizing) "We are too busy so will cancel all current support tickets unread, assuming they were fixed in one of the recent patches. If not please open another one. Here are 750 credits to use in the Rift store to cover any lost items."

Pretty cool I think.
