Is Boxer Menu syncing issues and keystrokes question

Hey guys. I'm new to multi-boxing and this maybe a very simple question. i searched through the forums and didn't find any answer to either question. so I'm making a new thread. I'm using Isboxer for dual-boxing.

the first question is simple. my in-game ISboxer menu have different sizes in different windows and for some reason i'm unable to scale them. will it affect anything at all?

my second question is: I already took a pair of mages to level 85 with dual-boxing. but while levelling, i noticed i could only use keys 1-12 (i have a naga mouse). for some reason i wasn't able to use modifier keys with ISboxer. For expalme i had keyound Fireball to shift+1 on both but they never worked. i don't know where i'm going wrong but it'll be helpful if you guys can help me out. I'll link the images to both the issues below. And is there anyway to use AOE targetting spells simultaneously?

Issue 1
It likely means that your display modes and/or resolutions are different between each client -- That's why the text in the first screenshot is all screwed up. You should be using Windowed or Windowed Fullscreen for World of Warcraft, but if they're already set to the same thing, then try toggling between them (which may require a client restart).
