I'm multiboxing with 2 chars - I'm leveling in Pandaria - and everything goes pretty well, apart from one thing: From time to time I forget to check the Jamba Questlog and then it happens very often to me that I suddenly realize that my toon did not accept a quest or did not finish a quest, and then I have to do the same quest again and this is really annoying.

Is there a better way (addon) to keep the quest log in synch, like something to have a better overview, or a warning tool which warns me when e.g. my master finished a quest and the slave didn't?

Aehm I'm using Jamba already:

Well, he's pretty much right. Jamba can be configured to announce quest progression and completion and the QuestTracker should show you who has what. You can use the Quest Log Bar to share quests among your team {usually} if you realize someone has missed one. You can also tell Jamba to port your quest updates through different channels and even to your raid alerts or Scrolling Battle Text. Mine currently announces through an area all its own in MSBT. You can also make Jamba either hide a quest from the Tracker once the entire party completes it or show objective progression the entire time.

There's other quest trackers but none of them do as much as Jamba's Quest bits. I having been using tomQuest2 for ages, but only because it's visually customizable. I still use about 90% of Jamba's quest section because nothing else comes close to the quest management in Jamba.

Learning to double-check the status of slaves is just part of multiboxing. It'll be habit eventually.

Thank you Khatovar. I am using already a lot of Jamba's Quest Tracking funcionality, but yes - I agree - at the end it is me who is too stupid to double check the status. But anyway your post gave me a new idea about the Jamba quest update broadcast, I will play around with that a bit. But at the end it will be as you said in your last sentence :)

I also love the Jamba quest watcher. I have used a habit of always doing quests on my alts first, before my main. It is too easy to get the items on my main and then just assume my alts have it. Think of it like doing the hard part (getting alts stuff) first, then the easy reward part of just having to do it easily on your main is left.

It's not a matter of "stupid" just a matter of relearning to play an old game a new way. :) There isn't a person here who doesn't have "I'm a dumbass" moments on a fairly regular basis, no matter how long we've been doing this.
