This might seem simple and I have watched several videos but I can not get any of the follow commands to work at all.
I am just trying to dual box with healer on follow. I have the broadcast set up the way I want but cant get him to follow me without having to go to the other window and right click then select follow. It sucks

What program? If it's ISBoxer, you probably need to include your config (http://isboxer.com/wiki/Configuration_Sharing).
